You will report directly to Senior General Manager Nordic and be a part of the Nordic management team where you play an active role in designing the future of the region. Customer Service is in charge of all incoming calls from end-user, dealers and agents in the Danish marked, in regards to sales support, technical supervision, reclamation and order receiving for a 3 digits’ numbers in mio’s. You will be responsible for a staff of app. 10 and have the full P/L responsibility for the business unit.

Your main activities will be running the day-to- day business on a strategic/tactical level. It is important you capture the structure and processes and constantly work on improvement, optimization and lean implementation. If short of staff, you should be able to act as a stand in, to keep production running and earn the respect of your staff. You will work with Big data from SAP and crunch the numbers to allocate resources and procedures, so you can be ahead of the marked.

You have minimum a bachelor and minimum 5 years of management experience from this function in the value chain. You have experience as a SAP user and high level Excel experiences. You are familiar with mechanical production and the demand from the customers. You have preferably worked with Scandinavian customers and English is embedded in you.

Your personality profile is characterized with a mindset which both can capture the strategic level and convert it into operational procedures. You have a problem solving mindset and a strong drive for success. You have an inquisitive mindset to improve status quo and approach problems in a structured and analytic way. Empathy and assertive skills used for prevention and conflict solving, well-developed negations skills and substantial intellectual capacity is a natural part of your personality.
